Yes, with optional anti-reflection cutting head and special process parameters, the WyCut S series can cut copper and brass up to 10mm thickness. We recommend using nitrogen as auxiliary gas for better cutting quality.
Standard models (3-10KW) have a lead time of 3-6 weeks, while high-power models (10-20KW) take 4-8 weeks for production and factory testing.
Daily: Clean protective lens and check cooling water level; Weekly: Inspect guide rails and clean dust collector; Monthly: Lubricate moving parts and check laser power; Annual: Full system calibration and laser source inspection.
The fiber laser source has a service life of approximately 100,000 hours (about 10 years under normal operation). The laser power will gradually decrease over time, and the source can be recharged when power drops below 80% of the original capacity.
The WyCut S requires dry, oil-free compressed air with pressure of 0.6-1.0MPa and purity of Class 1.0 (ISO 8573-1). We recommend using a refrigerated air dryer and precision filter to ensure air quality.
