WyRoll R2 series with exclusive hydro-mechanical roll lifting system (GHS), ensures precise positioning, repeatability & stable working pressure. Bends thin plates (0.2–5mm/1/64–1/4in. thick, 500–2000mm/20in.–6.5ft. wide) to diameters <80mm (3in.).
Contact For MoreHow Our Factory Control Creates Superior Rolling Machines
As a dedicated plate rolling machines factory, our direct control over manufacturing allows us to perfect the details that matter.
Heavy-Duty Frame & Roll Fabrication
We fabricate, anneal, and machine our own heavy-duty frames. We also forge and harden our own rolls from 42CrMo steel, ensuring unmatched quality control over the two most critical components of the machine.
Precision Hydraulic Integration
Our in-house engineers and technicians oversee the assembly of every machine, ensuring that world-class hydraulic systems from brands like Rexroth are integrated flawlessly for powerful, smooth, and leak-free operation.
Customization-Ready Manufacturing
Because we control the entire production line, we can easily accommodate custom requirements, such as extended roll lengths, larger roll diameters, cone bending attachments, and overhead/side supports.

Your Plate Rolling Questions, Answered.
Answers to common technical questions about our rolling machines.
What is the main difference between a 3-roll and a 4-roll machine?
A 3-roll machine is a versatile, cost-effective solution. A 4-roll machine (W12) is the high-production choice. Its fourth "pinching" roll allows it to pre-bend the leading edge and roll the cylinder in a single pass, which a 3-roll cannot do.
Your rolls are 42CrMo forged steel. Why is this better than 45# cast steel?
This is our key advantage. 42CrMo is a high-strength forged alloy, meaning it's stronger and has no internal defects. Cheaper 45# cast steel is brittle and can crack under high load or wear out quickly. Our hardened, forged rolls last dramatically longer.
Why does a heavier, annealed frame matter for a rolling machine?
Rolling plate exerts massive, uneven forces on the machine frame. A lighter, non-annealed (bolted) frame will twist and deflect over time. Our 1000kg+ heavier, welded, and annealed frame is a rigid, one-piece foundation that absorbs all force, ensuring the rolls stay perfectly parallel for decades.
What is "pre-bending" and why is it important?
Pre-bending is the crucial first step that bends the flat edge of the plate before you start rolling the cylinder. Without it, you get a large "flat spot" at the seam. Our W12 4-roll machines are superior at pre-bending, minimizing this flat end almost completely.
Can I roll cones (conical shapes) on your machines?
Yes. Our W11S and W12 series machines can be equipped with a cone rolling attachment. This device, combined with the ability to tilt the side rolls, allows you to accurately form conical shapes for hoppers and transitions.
I need to roll 40mm thick, 12-meter-long plate. Can you build that?
Yes. As a direct factory and manufacturer, this is our specialty. We can engineer heavy-duty, large-format machines with extended roll lengths, larger roll diameters, and the hydraulic power needed to handle extreme applications like shipbuilding or wind towers.
