The machine supports Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), and Compressed Air. Oxygen is generally used for carbon steel; Nitrogen is for stainless steel and aluminum to prevent oxidation and ensure a bright edge; Compressed air is a cost-effective option for general thin plate cutting.
How about shipping and installation?
We typically ship the machine in a standard 40HQ container. For installation, we offer two options: 1) We dispatch engineers to your site (visa/travel costs apply). 2) We provide comprehensive video tutorials and 24/7 remote guidance for self-installation, which is popular and cost-saving.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 3-year warranty for the laser source and a 2-year warranty for the machine bed and main components. Consumable parts like nozzles, protective lenses, and ceramic rings are not covered, but we supply them at cost price.
Can I customize the voltage?
Yes. Our standard configuration is 380V/50Hz/3Phase. However, we can customize the internal transformer to match your local power supply, such as 220V/60Hz or 480V/60Hz, ensuring plug-and-play compatibility.
