Inside the Powerhouse: Precision Manufacturing at Scale
Don’t just take our word for quality—see how we build it. From raw steel to finished machine, we control every step to ensure your equipment lasts for decades.
Uncompromising Frame Integrity
We forge our own heavy-duty frames and treat them in massive annealing furnaces. This eliminates welding stress, guaranteeing permanent stability and zero deformation.
World-Class Component Ecosystem
Precision isn’t an accident. We integrate top-tier systems from Siemens and Rexroth, assembled by expert technicians who obsess over every micron.
End-to-End Production Agility
Controlling the entire supply chain allows us to adapt fast. From specialized tooling to custom throat depths, our factory floor is optimized to build your machine.

Your Press Brake Questions, Answered.
Answers to common technical questions about our press brakes. What is the main difference between Torsion-Sync (NC) and CNC press brakes?
An NC (Torsion-Sync) machine uses a mechanical bar to link the two hydraulic cylinders, offering reliable, basic angle control. A CNC machine controls each cylinder (Y1, Y2) independently with electronic hydraulic valves and a controller (like Delem), providing far greater precision, angle accuracy, and the ability to handle complex parts and off-center bending.
Your machines are 1000kg heavier. Why does this matter for a press brake?
Rigidity is everything in bending. A heavier, annealed frame resists deflection (flexing) under tonnage. This means the ram and bed stay perfectly parallel, giving you a consistent, accurate angle from one end of the part to the other. It’s the foundation of long-term precision.
What is "crowning" and do your machines have it?
Crowning is the system that compensates for the natural deflection that occurs in the middle of a long bend. All our CNC machines (Smart series and up) feature a CNC-controlled hydraulic crowning system that automatically applies upward pressure to the bed, ensuring a perfectly straight bend across the entire machine length.
What CNC controller brands do you use?
We partner with the world’s best. Our standard CNC machines use industry-leading controllers from Delem (e.g., DA-53T, DA-66T) from the Netherlands or ESA from Italy. These are known for their power, ease of use, and reliability.
Can your press brakes bend Advanced High-Strength Steels (AHSS)?
Yes. This is our specialty, particularly for automotive clients. Forming AHSS requires an extremely rigid (heavy) frame and precise CNC control to manage the massive tonnage and high springback. Our Elite and Genius series are specifically engineered for this task.
Can you provide a press brake longer than 6 meters?
Yes. We are experts in Tandem Press Brakes. As a direct manufacturer, we can electronically synchronize two or more machines (e.g., two 6-meter machines) to work as one, allowing you to accurately bend parts that are 12 meters, 18 meters, or even longer.
