Core Component

For the core components of our machines, we offer a 2-year warranty. If any issues arise with the machine’s parts during use, our after-sales team will ship replacement parts within one week.

Rexroth Hydraulic System

The German REXROTH hydraulic system, featuring an electro-hydraulic proportional servo synchronous control, is designed for bending machines. This closed-loop position control system uses a grating ruler to detect slider synchronization errors in real time. The CNC system's electro-hydraulic servo valve then corrects these errors, ensuring the slider stays parallel to the workbench, even with uneven loading. The system achieves a synchronization accuracy of ≤ ±0.02mm.

Siemens Motor

We offer a Siemens energy-efficient motor from Germany, specifically engineered to meet the daily production needs of our customers. With significantly higher efficiency than conventional motors, it provides an optimal solution for meeting our clients' demands.

Crowning

To ensure accurate and consistent bend angles across the length of the workpiece, regardless of material thickness, reducing scrap and improving efficiency. It enhances the press brake's versatility by compensating for die deflection, ensuring that the final product meets desired specifications with precise bending angles. This adjustment of the bed's shape counters die deflection, ensuring accurate bends as per specifications.

European Type Sectioned 4V Die & Punch

The segmented design allows for effortless customization and adjustment, ensuring accurate bending of different profiles. Constructed with high-quality materials, these tools are built to withstand high-pressure bending operations. Moreover, the sectional structure enables quick transitions between various bending tasks, minimizing downtime and providing long-term cost efficiency.
