What brands of laser source and cutting head do you use?
We are a proud partner with the world’s best. We primarily integrate IPG (USA/Germany) and Raycus (China) laser sources, and RayTools (Switzerland) or Precitec (Germany) auto-focus cutting heads, based on your application and budget.
What materials can a fiber laser cut?
Fiber lasers are ideal for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. They can also easily cut brass and copper, which are reflective materials that CO2 lasers and plasma cutters struggle with. This makes it the most versatile cutting tool for a modern job shop.
Your frame is 1000kg heavier. Why does this matter for a non-contact laser?
It’s critical. High-speed gantry movements (2G+ acceleration) create immense vibration. A lighter, bolted frame will vibrate, causing inaccurate cuts and “wavy” edges. Our heavy, one-piece annealed frame acts as a massive vibration damper, ensuring perfect accuracy and edge quality even at top speed.
What is the maintenance like on a fiber laser?
It is extremely low maintenance. Unlike CO2 lasers, there are no mirrors to align, no laser gas to refill, and no turbines. The laser source itself is a solid-state unit with a lifespan of 100,000+ hours. Primary maintenance involves only cleaning the protective lens and nozzles.
Is a high-power fiber laser really better than my plasma cutter for thick plate?
Yes, for most applications. A 20kW+ fiber laser cuts thick plate (20-40mm) 2-3x faster than plasma. More importantly, it leaves a perfectly square, dross-free edge that requires zero grinding. This “direct-to-weld” quality saves thousands of hours in secondary labor.
Are you a direct factory or just an assembler?
We are a direct manufacturer. We fabricate, anneal, and precision-machine our own heavy-duty machine beds in our 5,000 m² facility. This gives us total control over the foundational quality of the machine, which is our key advantage.
