This machine features a 1000kg-heavier, annealed frame that eliminates deflection, and an integrated laser angle measurement system with a dynamic hydraulic crowning system. The client's stamping dies were too expensive for low-volume service part runs (e.g., replacement body panels for older models). Their old plasma cutter was slow, inaccurate, and left a dross-filled edge, requiring manual grinding that made their cost-per-part too high.

We provided a complete turnkey solution: a 6kW fiber laser cutting machine with an automated exchange table. The high-speed laser, combined with the 10-second table swap, allowed them to run lights-out production, 24/7. This solution eliminated all tooling costs, produced a dross-free edge that required zero secondary finishing, and gave them the flexibility to produce any panel on demand.
